Adult Eligibility

Classroom instruction means higher wages. Most Career T.R.A.C.K. clients, as part of their plan of action, take some form of classroom training at one of the more than 80 schools funded by Career T.R.A.C.K. Clients can be funded by Career T.R.A.C.K. in a variety of programs, ranging from several weeks to a maximum of two years.

If an Adult is eligible, the tuition expenses of clients who are trained to enter the job market are partially subsidized. Also, On The Job Training coordinated through Career T.R.A.C.K. places clients in a job with ongoing training to perform a set of specific skills. Career T.R.A.C.K. funds 50 percent of the client's wages for up to 1,040 hours of employment, thereby eliminating much of the training cost of the employer.
