After an initial interview and planning session, each new Career T.R.A.C.K. client has a comprehensive assessment to determine his or her individual plan of action. Career T.R.A.C.K. uses two learning labs, one in Butler County and one in Indiana County, where the case management team utilizes information from the assessment, ensuring that each client gets the proper direction.
