This weekly workshop will introduce the basics of job search and provide information for those who are in the various stages of career development.
Copies of Pennsylvania Career Guide will be distributed along with various handouts corresponding to the subject matter.
The main purpose of this workshop is to supply the participants with the knowledge needed to perform a productive and effective job search resulting in employment.

Youth Work Readiness Workshop
This three hour workshop will introduce the youth participants to the realities of today's workforce environment. It is designed to enhance developing a resume and learning acceptable interviewing behavior.
The course will show how values play an integral part in the decision making process. Emphasis will also be placed on skills and qualifications that can be marketable to employment.
Copies of the Pennsylvania Career Guide will be distributed along with various handouts relating to the subject matter. The workshop will be supplemented with overhead projections and activities. The main goal is to provide much needed information in a fun and informal way so that participants can have an enjoyable learning experience.
