Case Management
A Case Manager oversees the process that each eligible job seeker will go through at the Career T.R.A.C.K.
Steps taken in the enrollment process:
- Evaluate eligibility
- Provide case management services to assess background, support service needs, and WIA services necessary for job seekers to enter or re-enter the workforce
- Work with the job seekers and employers in order to provide employment opportunities which will meet the needs of both
- Arranging follow-up visits to the training and job sites
- The Case Manager is available to assist in helping each job seeker get back on TRACK
